What does "Risk-free purchase" mean?

All licenses come with a full 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied you can cancel your order without giving any reasons. In order to cancel an order, please open a ticket in the support section of our website or give us a call. The satisfaction guarantee allows you to explore all of TeamViewer's features without any risk. In case you have paid by credit card your card will of course only be charged AFTER the 7-day period.
