IT-Supporter (m/f) USA

For our location in Clearwater, Florida.

Your tasks

• Advise our international prospects and customers over the phone and assist them in technical questions about our software
• Providing support particularly to our American customers
• Assist the Sales Team with your technical knowledge
• Take second-level-support cases and solve those via remote support, telephone or e-mail
• Communicate with customers and development in third-level-support cases
• Replicate errors reported from customers
• The responsibilities are not limited to these specific duties and are subject to change

Your skills

• Enthusiasm for working with people and technology
• Degree in computer sciences, information systems, applied computer sciences or a similar education in the fields of IT
• Flexibility in work schedule, rotating shifts and evening shifts
• Good writing, editing, interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Other language skills are welcome (Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.)
• Experience at least with one of the following operating systems: Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS, Android
• Very good knowledge of computer networks
• Open-minded and team-oriented
