What is a licensed user?
Licensed users are the users in a company profile who are assigned to a specific license (i.e., Premium and Corporate) and can use this license to make connections.
Where can I find how many licensed users are available in my license?
You can find the number of licensed users available in your company profile. In order to access your company profile, please log in as a company administrator to the Management Console and navigate to “User Management.”
I reached the limit of licensed users. What are my options?

If you’re happy with your existing number of licensed users, you can reassign them in your company profile. Visit login.teamviewer.com, log in as company administrator, and navigate to “User Management.” There you can change the license assignment.
