How do I change the Flash® Player setting?
The Flash based TeamViewer needs to cache data in order to ensure a fast and reliable connection. Therefore, the Flash® Player must be set up to allow third-party content to store data on your computer.
To allow storing third-party content:
- Open the Adobe® Flash® Player Settings Manager by visiting:
- Select the second tab Global Storage Settings
- Activate Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer.
- Restart your browser and login at http://login.teamviewer.com
