New for ITbrain Backup: Restore Files to another Device!

The new feature “Restore to another device” adds another data restore option to ITbrain Backup. If a device is, for example, damaged or lost, you can choose to restore the backup to another remote device that is not the original one.

How do I activate network adapter traffic monitoring?

  1. Log in to your ITbrain dashboard.
  2. Go to the ITbrain Backup tab and select a device in your devices list.
  3. From the Restore dropdown menu, select Restore to another device.
  4. In the next window, select the files you’d like to restore, and click next.
  5. Select the remote device you want to restore to, and click next.
  6. Finally, select whether you want to the files to be restored in their original location, or in a new one, which you can specify.
  7. Click Restore.

Important: Please make sure that the remote device you are restoring files to stays online during the entire process.
