For a number of years, TeamViewer has visited the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Our Business Development Manager Constantin Falcoianu has always enjoyed attending this event to look for interesting opportunities for collaboration within the hardware and software industries.
In an interview in the Intel tech.lounge, Constantin explains how TeamViewer’s partnerships have evolved over the years and offers interesting insights into possible future developments for the remote support industry.
Being one of the leading providers of remote support and online meeting software, TeamViewer greatly benefits from the feedback it gets from its many commercial and personal users from all over the globe. In the interview, Constantin explains what TeamViewer is doing to adapt to the ever-changing, fast-paced software market.
Mobile Device Support, Integrations and much more
TeamViewer’s focus has increasingly shifted to greater support to and from mobile devices in recent years. By using mobile device support with TeamViewer, users are now able to remotely support iPhones, iPads, and most Android devices from anywhere in the world.
Also, the new TeamViewer SDK offers developers the possibility to remotely support their own mobile Android and iOS apps via TeamViewer.
However, mobile is not the only topic of interest for TeamViewer. With the TeamViewer API, it is now possible to easily integrate TeamViewer into an already existing application such as Zendesk, Spiceworks, or JIRA, to name just a few.
Following the latest technology trends, TeamViewer has also introduced 4k display support, which is available with TeamViewer 10.
Another great topic of interest for TeamViewer is perceptual computing, which seeks to make people’s lives easier by integrating technology into their daily business.
It is very exciting to see what the future will bring.
