The survey was conducted in ten European countries: Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) is an independent research institute under the umbrella of the Handelsblatt Media Group.
