September 15, 2026 – TeamViewer’s AI portfolio has seen strong growth over the past year. The number of customers that have used TeamViewer AI rose 9.1-fold, from 6,921 in September 2025 to 62,953 in September 2026. That means 56,032 customers started using TeamViewer AI within twelve months.
Usage has grown even faster. Session Insights, which automatically summarizes remote support sessions, generated 4,003,701 summaries by September 2026, up from 22,381 a year earlier. That is roughly 180 times as many.
Tia, the TeamViewer Intelligent Agent, has handled 32,068 interactions since its launch in November 2025. Earlier this month, TeamViewer extended Tia so it can resolve complex IT cases end-to-end while IT experts stay in control.
