  • Lewis Hamilton is not short of achievements from his time with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team. Being the driver with the most wins in Formula 1 history, he has secured 103 Grand Prix victories over his career. He has also won seven Formula One Drivers’ World Championships, matching the record set by Michael Schumacher.  
    In the 2020 issue of Time, Lewis was named one of the 100 most influential people globally and was knighted for his services to motorsport in 2021, acknowledging not only his sporting wins but also his work promoting diversity and sustainability off the track. You might be asking: how does he do it all?  
    In this short interview conducted at the 2023 United States Grand Prix in Austin, Lewis shares a few tips, talking about the importance of mental focus and resilience in high-pressure environments. For aspiring athletes and leaders wanting to build toughness and enhance leadership skills, he highlights the role of a growth mindset and stresses the significance of happiness in achieving long-term goals.
