Investing in our employees is a central part of TeamViewer’s people strategy, with different opportunities for our workforce to learn new skills and improve their knowledge. In 2022, employees participated in virtual and face-to-face training for an average of 5.5 days. Likewise, we make sure our newcomers have all the knowledge needed for a successful start with extensive onboarding. New employees were trained for an average of two months as part of our onboarding process in 2022.
