TeamViewer at the F1 Miami Grand Prix 2025: Speed, innovation, and inclusion on the global stage

Quick read

TeamViewer’s presence at the F1 Miami Grand Prix 2025 was a celebration of speed, innovation, and meaningful connection, both on and off the track. From showcasing how our remote connectivity solutions support the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team to championing inclusion through the F1 Academy, we combined technology, business insights, and purpose-driven dialogue into one high-impact race weekend.

This May, we headed trackside at the Miami Grand Prix, where our technology, partnerships, and purpose took center stage. As a proud partner of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team and a sponsor of the F1 Academy, we combined high-performance sport with meaningful engagement, from tech demos and business conversations to thought leadership on inclusion in motorsport and beyond.

Trackside innovation, and launching the “Make Work Work Better” campaign

Throughout the race weekend, we welcomed customers and partners to join us for a closer look at how TeamViewer’s remote connectivity solutions are helping the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team operate seamlessly across borders and time zones.

From the garage to the factory, our technology plays a role in enabling real-time collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and efficient remote support, which are all critical in a sport where timing is everything.

We also launched TeamViewer’s Make Work Wwork Better campaign, showcasing how TeamViewer drives efficiency throughout the digital workplace by streamlining IT support, making collaboration second nature, and increasing speed and accuracy. Seeing our TeamViewer advertisement in the Miami International Airport was a major highlight of the weekend!

Innovation happy hour

TeamViewer’s Chief Commercial Officer Mark Banfield and Americas President Georg Beyschlag hosted an Innovation Happy Hour to allow customers and a few tech and gaming influencers we invited to see TeamViewer’s technology come to life. Guests experienced interactive demos of our platform’s capabilities across remote access, support and real-time industrial workflows. These sessions sparked valuable conversations about how businesses across sectors can drive efficiency and resilience through connectivity.

Advancing Women in Motorsport

As a proud sponsor of the F1 Academy, we continued our commitment to inclusion in motorsport. We attended the F1 Academy Netflix series pre-screening and participated in a special event hosted by The Female Quotient, focused on elevating women in male-dominated industries.

Our VP of Brand Marketing, Faith Wheller, joined industry leaders on stage to discuss strategies for driving workplace inclusion and why visibility and opportunity matter, both in sport and in tech. We also had the privilege of interviewing Nina Gademan, the F1 Academy driver who had the most overtakes during race day. She shared her inspirations, her vision for women in racing, and her insightful opinions surrounding tech in motorsport.

Looking Ahead

The Miami Grand Prix gave us a unique platform to bring together customers, partners, and purpose. From showcasing the power of remote connectivity with Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 to championing inclusion through the F1 Academy, the weekend was a strong reflection of our values – innovation, collaboration, and impact.
