Shaping the AI-native workplace: TeamViewer at the Gartner Digital Workplace Summit in San Diego

Quick read, Artificial Intelligence

This year at the Gartner Digital Workplace Summit in San Diego, TeamViewer joined digital workplace leaders and IT decision-makers to explore what it really means to “Elevate Human Potential in an AI-native workplace.” The conversations were forward-looking and centered in the real challenges enterprises and smaller businesses are facing right now.

Bringing the experience to life on the show floor

We showed up in two distinct spaces this year: booth 401 — home to our robot demo — and the “TeamViewer Engagement Zone” a space designed to participate in more hands-on demos. Both spots gave attendees a chance to see our technology and how AI-driven insights and connected workflows play out in real scenarios.

From quick interactions to deeper product walkthroughs, the focus was simple: helping organizations understand how to move from reactive IT support models to something far more proactive and ultimately predictive.

Reinforcing our role in the DEX conversation

Having been recognized as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Workplace Tools in the past, it was important for us to show how we’re continuing to push the space forward. This year’s summit gave us the opportunity to do that through both our presence and the conversations we had on the ground.

One of the key moments for us was the launch of TIA Reporting, designed to give IT teams clearer visibility into their environments and the insights they need to improve DEX in a meaningful way.

We also ran live demos of TeamViewer ONE and DEX Essentials, showing how organizations can bring endpoint management, monitoring, and support into a more unified, streamlined approach. The goal: fewer blind spots, faster resolutions, and a smoother experience for employees across the board.

Sharing real perspectives on the digital workplace

Beyond the booth, our team contributed to the broader conversation through two speaking sessions:

  • Andrew Hewitt, Vice President of Strategic Technology, presented “Building a Knowledge Layer to Improve DEX,” focusing on how better use of data and knowledge can help IT teams stay ahead of issues instead of reacting to them.
  • Shaun Cassells, Team manager for Solutions Engineering, led “Top 3 DEX Myths Sabotaging Your Digital Strategy,” breaking down common assumptions and offering a more practical view on what actually works.

Both sessions sparked honest discussions about where organizations are today and what it takes to move forward.

The conversations that matter

We had thoughtful, candid conversations with customers, partners, and peers about everything from scaling support to managing increasingly complex digital environments.

It’s clear that while AI is changing the game, success still comes down to how well technology supports people. That’s exactly where we’re focused at TeamViewer — helping organizations build digital workplaces that are not just smarter, but genuinely easier to work in.
