At this year’s SAP Sapphire in Orlando, TeamViewer joined industry leaders and other SAP partners to spotlight how frontline innovation is driving the next wave of enterprise digital transformation. As a proud sponsor and exhibitor, we demonstrated how TeamViewer Frontline, our AR-based productivity platform, is helping organizations connect their workforce to SAP systems in real-time.
Throughout the event, attendees had the chance to explore how TeamViewer Frontline enhances SAP’s digital manufacturing and asset management offerings. Live demos at our booth illustrated how companies can use smart glasses and wearable devices to guide frontline workers through complex workflows, such as inspection, assembly, and maintenance, while syncing data instantly with their SAP backend. The result: faster execution, reduced errors, and better visibility into operations.
One of the standout moments of our presence at Sapphire was a featured speaking session with CONA (Coke One North America) Services, a key IT provider for Coca-Cola bottlers across North America. Representing nearly 93% of Coca-Cola’s bottling operations in the region, CONA’s scale was an exciting case study on digital transformation in action.
Baron Jordan, Chief Product Officer at CONA, joined TeamViewer’s Jason Holker (Director of Business Development and Global Strategic Partnerships) and Matt Davidson (Enterprise Account Executive) to discuss how CONA uses TeamViewer Frontline as a solution extension of the workplace, bringing digital guidance, process visibility, and real-time SAP integration to workers on the bottling floor. The session highlighted how enterprises can bring the power of SAP and TeamViewer all the way to the edge of their operations.
In addition to Frontline, we also showcased our growing capabilities in Digital Employee Experience (DEX). With the recent addition of DEX technology into the TeamViewer portfolio, we now help IT teams proactively detect and resolve endpoint issues before they disrupt productivity. Sapphire gave us a chance to engage with IT leaders on how DEX can enhance both employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
