TeamViewer has received the 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year Award in the Rising Star category for ISV Partners. The recognition comes as TeamViewer continues to integrate its remote connectivity and endpoint management capabilities into the Salesforce ecosystem, including through AgentExchange.
Together, TeamViewer and Salesforce technologies can help IT teams move from reactive support toward more proactive and automated ways of resolving workplace technology issues.

Overall, the partnership between Salesforce and TeamViewer helped this customer reduce device resolution time by 94%.
