Live captions offer real-time transcription during Assist AR remote support sessions, which is especially helpful for users working in noisy environments and for users with hearing impairments.
This article applies to all Assist AR Pro license holders.
To enable live captions on the support receiver's side, please follow the instructions below:
3. Afterwards, choose the spoken language.

5. Optional: If the other participants in the call do not speak the language you have chosen, you can enable Translation and set the desired language:

Both of live caption and translation settings can be configured any time via tapping on the three dots menu (⋮) on the top-right corner.
Live captions are enabled, and the supporter's voice is transcribed in the Assist AR app on the support receiver's mobile phone.
