The event was a great opportunity to showcase our integration with ServiceNow. In a compelling keynote session, Alfredo Patron (EVP of Business Development), Doug Hynes (Solutions Engineer), and Nils Larcher (Senior Technical Business Development Manager) took the stage to highlight how the TeamViewer-ServiceNow partnership is empowering organizations to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient support experiences.

A spotlight on digital employee experience (DEX)

In a dedicated speaking session, Doug Hynes dove deeper into one of TeamViewer’s newest capabilities: Digital Employee Experience (DEX). With the recent acquisition of 1E, TeamViewer is uniquely positioned to offer proactive, AI-powered endpoint management, enabling IT teams to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues before they impact productivity.

Doug explained how this shift toward predictive support aligns with the future of IT operations, and how organizations can unlock a more seamless and satisfying digital experience for their employees.
