TeamViewer Partner Summit 2026: Highlights the future of the digital workplace

In March, TeamViewer brought together around 100 partners from across EMEA for our Partner Summit 2026 in Berlin. Under the theme, Elevate. Together., the event focused on connection, collaboration, and where we go next as a partner ecosystem.

Quick read

From strategic sessions to informal exchanges, the focus was clear: how we continue building momentum and creating more value for customers, side by side with our partners.

Turning strategy into opportunity

Throughout the day, we aligned on where the digital workplace is heading and what that means for our partners. As IT environments become more complex and distributed, organizations are rethinking how they manage, support, and optimize their technology.

One of the highlights of the event was the deep-dive into TeamViewer’s AI strategy by Sebastian Schrötel, VP Product Management at TeamViewer. In his presentation, he showed how IT support shifts from a reactive support model to a proactive and then autonomous endpoint management. The overall goal of the proactive support model is to mitigate digital friction for employees and solve IT problems already before they occur, avoiding impact on productivity, business success and employee satisfaction.

A big part of the summit’s conversation centered on TeamViewer ONE—our digital workplace platform that brings together visibility, support, and automation in one place. The opportunity for partners is simple: help customers move away from fragmented tools and toward a more connected, efficient and proactive approach to IT.

We also spent time digging into the trends shaping this shift:

  • The rise of AI in IT operations, including more proactive and automated support
  • The growing need to balance security and productivity—without trade-offs
  • The increasing importance of digital employee experience (DEX) as a business driver

What we learned

Across sessions and discussions, a few themes kept coming up:

  • Too many tools are slowing teams down
Organizations aren’t lacking solutions—they’re struggling with too many disconnected ones. Simplification is becoming a priority.
  • Security and productivity go hand in hand
The most successful organizations aren’t choosing between the two, they’re designing for both.
  • Partners are critical to making it real
Technology alone doesn’t drive transformation. Partners bring the expertise and customer proximity needed to turn strategy into outcomes.

Beyond the presentations, what stood out most was the level of engagement. Open conversations, shared experiences, and honest discussions about challenges and opportunities reinforced just how strong this partner community is.

Recognizing partner impact

A highlight of the summit was the TeamViewer Partner Awards, recognizing outstanding achievements across the network. This year’s winners included:

  • EMEA Distributor of the Year: QBS Technology Group & Prianto
  • Local Distributor of the Year: Computer Gross
  • Value Added Reseller of the Year: Bechtle
  • Growth Partner of the Year: TAP.DE Solutions GmbH
  • LinkedIn Challenge Winner: Raj Singh
  • Best Marketing Idea:
    • 3rd Place: BLUE energy Sp. zo.o.
    • 2nd Place: Computacenter
    • 1st Place: ALLNET.ITALIA & ObjectLine

We look forward to continuing to grow and strengthen each of our partnerships. Together, as we move toward more autonomous, AI-driven IT environments, we will redefine the workplace of the future.
