FAQ

At TeamViewer, we offer our customers annual subscriptions, which are paid for and renewed on an annual basis.

No, only an expert needs a license. The connection that they are supporting does not require one.

At TeamViewer we accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and PayPal. Bank transfers are also accepted in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Session Insights is available in TeamViewer Corporate and TeamViewer Tensor. As part of an Early Adopter Program, all users can access this feature through a free trial. The number of session summaries you can generate is limited, but additional summaries can be unlocked with an upgrade to the Session Insights add-on. Please note, it is only available on Windows devices with the latest TeamViewer software UI. The session summary is provided in English regardless of the product language. Further extensions of this feature are scheduled for rollout in 2025.

Our sales team are on hand to talk you through our bespoke packages.

Your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months unless you terminate your contract by submitting a support ticket or notifying us in text form, at least 28 days before the end of the initial term or any renewal term.

Pricing for the add-on licenses is calculated based on the number of endpoints, users, or storage you require. Volume discounts are available. Simply provide these details to understand the final price or, alternatively, reach out to us for a quote.

A concurrent connection is multiple sessions happening at the same time, also known as channels.

Managed devices are devices assigned to the company account and centrally managed within the company profile by the administrator.

Licensed users are individuals who are assigned to a specific license and can use that license to make connections.
