Key takeaways from the discussion:

1. Addressing today’s business challenges

Panelists addressed the critical challenges facing businesses in today’s rapidly evolving landscape:

  • Efficiency pressures: Rising demands to optimize operations while cutting costs.
  • Workforce constraints: A shrinking labor pool and growing skill gaps making it increasingly difficult to find the right expertise.
  • Disconnected realities: A "connected world" that often lacks the right people in the right place to ensure optimal results.

These challenges highlight the urgent need for innovative solutions to maintain resilience and competitiveness.

2. The power of remote connectivity

Oliver Steil emphasized that remote connectivity, when strategically integrated with advanced technology, can help businesses overcome these obstacles. By rethinking workflows, centralizing expertise through expert centers, and leveraging tools like augmented reality (AR), organizations can unlock a range of benefits:

  • Increased resilience to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Enhanced operational efficiency through smarter processes.
  • Improved quality by connecting the right expertise to where it’s needed most.
  • Reduced emissions and costs, supporting sustainability goals.

3. Real-world success stories

Bradley Lord and Edgardo Ferrero shared their experiences as TeamViewer customers:

  • Bradley Lord highlighted how the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team leverages remote solutions to maintain its competitive edge in one of the world’s most demanding industries: F1 racing.
  • Edgardo Ferrero provided insights into how Cimbali Group, an Italian manufacturer of espresso machines, uses TeamViewer’s remote connectivity and AR-powered remote assistance technology to revolutionize service operations, reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

These success stories underscored the tangible value of TeamViewer’s remote solutions in solving complex business challenges across industries.
