Frequently asked questions

To create a Multitenancy setup, you require a valid TeamViewer Tensor license. In addition, a company profile needs to be in place, so you can optimize TeamViewer Tensor within your central and child tenants.

Adding a new company profiles is an easy process, the central organization simply generates a unique code and share it with the child tenant administrators inviting them to the central organization.

Company administrators serving as tenant managers and with full permissions can access the full profile of child tenants, this includes but is not limited to device management, user management, session insights, and connection reports.

Once a child tenant is connected to a central organization or parent company, the administrator who created the invite can add additional tenant management based on business needs.
