TeamViewer at CES: Physical AI, connected devices and new opportunities

Quick read, Industry, Artificial Intelligence

CES continues to evolve beyond its consumer-tech roots, with an increasing focus on technologies that bridge the digital and physical worlds. This year, TeamViewer joined the event as part of the German Pavilion, which showcased a strong mix of over 50 German products and services focused on real-world, applied technology.

One of the most visible themes across the show floor was the rise of physical AI —  intelligence embedded directly into devices. From autonomous lawn equipment to emerging health and longevity technologies, connected devices are quickly becoming standard, creating new opportunities for software that enables visibility, control, and execution in physical environments.

“CES really is a melting pot of technology, people, and ideas,” said Mei Dent, Chief Product and Technology Officer at TeamViewer. “It’s one of the few places where you can see the full spectrum of innovation, from early concepts to real-world deployments, all in one place. While AI has dominated conversations in IT, CES highlights just how prevalent physical AI is becoming. Seeing so many connected devices in action makes it exciting to think about the role TeamViewer software can play in bringing intelligence, connectivity, and control to the physical world.”

During the week, TeamViewer also connected with customers including United Robotics Group and EssilorLuxottica, reinforcing how innovation is accelerating across industries and regions.

Sebastian Huisman, General Manager, LATAM, added: “CES 2026 was truly impressive. Seeing where the tech world is heading reinforces how relevant TeamViewer is for the industry and our increasingly global world. As complexity continues to grow, so do the challenges our customers face — and that’s exactly where TeamViewer ONEFrontline, and AI-powered use cases come together. Connectivity, intelligence, and execution are no longer optional; they’re essential.”

CES offered a clear view into how physical AI and connected devices are reshaping technology landscapes — highlighting new ways TeamViewer can support organizations as innovation moves from concept to execution.
