Among the main challenges companies face with digital workplaces nowadays are:

  • Rise of hybrid and remote work: according to the World Economic Forum, remote jobs are projected to increase by 25% by 2030, making seamless access to information, applications, and systems more critical than ever.
  • Bridging the skill gap: as technology advances, not everyone can keep up. AI-driven automation can ease the burden, allowing employees to focus on strategic tasks.
  • Rise of AI adoption: As more organizations realize the potential of AI, 75% of IT leaders expect to increase their AI investments in the next 6 to 12 months, reflecting insights from TeamViewer’s AI Opportunity Report.

To address these challenges, TeamViewer provides AI-driven solutions that combine remote connectivity solutions with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) capabilities. By addressing IT issues before they impact the work of employees and enhancing troubleshooting with intelligent remote support, we help businesses remain agile and focused on driving growth and innovation.
