Following our acquisition of 1E, we proudly continue a CSR program in Noida, focused on empowering children and young adults from underserved communities to become self-reliant, confident individuals with the skills to shape their own futures.
Building skills for life
Our commitment goes beyond covering school fees or providing books and uniforms. We focus on life skills development, employability and independence. Through mentorship, guardianship, and holistic support, we ensure that young people have not only access to education but also guidance and confidence needed to thrive beyond the classroom.

Today, our support spans three core projects:
- Project with Young Adults – Digital literacy, life skills, and employability training
- Project with Udayan Care- Udayan Shalini Fellowship (USF) –Empowering girls to overcome socio-economic barriers and build resilience
- Project with Boys’ Home – Education and guardianship for boys without family care
Our initiatives promote gender equality, inclusion, and reduce early school leaving. By creating opportunities for internships, jobs, and workshops, we strengthen the bridge between education and independence – resulting in improved academic performance, career readiness, and community well-being.

One young woman, supported through our financial assistance program, pursued her passion for helping others by enrolling in a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy at a university in Noida. Alongside financial support, employee volunteers helped her develop essential social and IT skills, easing her transition into college life. Despite personal and academic challenges, she excelled — earning an impressive 8.65 CGPA in her first year. Today, she is on a path to contribute meaningfully to the healthcare sector, embodying resilience, determination, and purpose.
Another beneficiary’s journey highlights the power of sustained support. Facing financial constraints, he progressed from vocational training to pursuing higher education in pharmaceutical management — adapting to a new city and environment to advance his career ambitions. His story reflects how access to education and guidance can open doors to opportunities once out of reach.
