The Assist AR app for Android requires ARCore in order to make use of augmented reality.
💡Hint: For iOS devices, the technology providing AR is called ARKit.

What happens if your device is not compatible with ARCore?
- If your device is not supported, you can still use TeamViewer Assist AR on your Android device, but with limited functionality in a compatibility mode. This means you can only use non-permanent 2D annotations instead of annotations with AR.
- You still have the full set of features
💡Hint: Once your device gets an update and is able to use ARCore, you automatically get the full AR experience with 3D annotations.
