Advancing the future together: TeamViewer × Salesforce

Dreamforce was the ideal stage to highlight the strength of our partnership with Salesforce. Our team shared how the two companies are working side by side to deliver smarter, more integrated, and more proactive IT support powered by AI, remote connectivity, and real-time visibility.

The big moment of the week was the launch of TeamViewer integration with Salesforce’s Agentforce IT Service.

This new solution brings TeamViewer’s AI insights, Digital Employee Experience (DEX) capabilities, and secure remote connectivity directly into Salesforce workflows, resulting in faster issue resolution, deeper visibility into device health, and more streamlined operations across the entire digital workplace. It’s a strong example of how we’re solving the real challenges IT teams face every day.

AR that brings support to life

Attendees also had the chance to explore our immersive AR demos. These hands-on experiences illustrated how technicians and frontline teams can collaborate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with AR-guided workflows from anywhere.

From quick diagnostics to step-by-step instructions, our AR capabilities showed how organizations can reduce errors, strengthen safety, and boost efficiency through intuitive, real-time visual support.

Sharing the Digital Workplace for Dummies

Dreamforce also offered the perfect opportunity to promote our newest resource: Digital Workplace for Dummies, created in partnership with Wiley. We shared the guide with attendees and had meaningful conversations about their digital workplace challenges -from managing hybrid teams to scaling support operations. These discussions reinforced just how critical intuitive, proactive IT ecosystems have become, and how much value organizations see in practical, easy-to-understand guidance.
