• TeamViewer Remote Control: Android 8 or later.

iOS and iPadOS

• TeamViewer Remote Control: iOS 16 or iPadOS 16 or later.

Receiving side

For the users receiving assistance, the TeamViewer Assist AR app is available for the following operating systems:

Android

• Android 8 or later

Note: For the best AR experience, we recommend using the native applications. Some older Android devices might not support AR and thus come with limited AR features (Android-supported devices)

iOS

• iOS 16 or later
