Creating a Community user account allows you to interact with the TeamViewer Community. It allows you to post content and also to reply to other users within the support forum.

Prerequisite

Community user accounts are directly linked with TeamViewer accounts. Therefore, you first must create a TeamViewer account before being able to create a Community user account.

To create a Community user account, please follow the instructions in the video below:

  1. Go to the Community homepage: http://community.teamviewer.com/.
  2. Click on Sign In, at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Log in with your TeamViewer account credentials.
  4. You are now connected to your Community account. Your user avatar will appear at the top right corner of the Community page.
