28 February 2023, La Villa am Starnberger See

Top 3 reasons to be there:

  2. Valuable insights into the topic of sustainability in the world of work
  3. Decelerated ambience in the middle of nature on Lake Starnberg

Bundling knowledge. Driving solutions together.

At a time when ‘greenwashing’ is no longer tolerated, the importance of genuine commitment and forward-looking sustainability solutions is emphasised more than ever in all areas of the company.

Our focus is on an open and authentic exchange at eye level, where valuable experiences are shared in order to jointly shape a sustainable future for our planet and our companies.

We would like to invite all participants to join us in giving the topic of sustainability a new depth and contemporary priority. You can expect a top-class programme of informative and inspiring presentations.

LA VILLA — Sustainability from the heart

For over 165 years, people have been meeting in the former Villa Knorr to exchange thoughts and ideas. However, the inspiring ambience and the breathtaking view of the lake are not the only reasons why we chose this particular location for our joint offsite.

LA VILLA pays close attention to sustainability, from the self-sufficient power supply with photovoltaics to the furnishings, cleaning products, regional sources of supply and menu selection through to its own beehives in the garden.

Here, well-being and responsibility are the order of the day — and that’s exactly what we want to ensure for our event.

We offer a flying buffet with regional delicacies from La Villa for lunch, so that you can arrive at the most convenient time for you without stress.

Oliver Steil, CEO & Chairman of the Board, TeamViewer and moderator Carmen Hentschel welcome you to a day full of exciting presentations and inspiring discussions on the topic of sustainability.

Darren Lesniak, Vice President Strategic Alliances EMEA, TeamViewer

Sustainability is an attitude, if not a passion. With this statement in mind, Darren Lesniak creates a framework for the Executive Exchange Sustainability and gives an insight into the "why": Why are we talking about sustainability here and in this setting? Why do sustainable partnerships make a difference?

Sandra Sydow, Co-Founder, NGO ClimatePitch

In her interactive session, Sandra Sydow will share not only what 'impact' actually means in the context of key environmental challenges, but also why a broad awareness and deep understanding of these issues is crucial for leaders to become true 'change agents' and 'sustainable solutionists'.

Christian Wehner, Senior Director Innovation Strategy @ SAP, TopVoice for Creativity & Innovation, Storyteller, Professional Speaker

Transparency and a 'collaborative mindset' are among the key criteria for successful sustainable transformation. Christian Wehner will take you into the future of collaboration in his refreshing keynote. The guiding principle "be a factor, not an actor" is a call for active design and co-creation - the new corporate culture in the age of transparency.

Alexander Gührer, Director Sustainability & Procurement, TeamViewer

What does sustainability mean for TeamViewer? To get to the bottom of this question, Alexander Gührer looks at the term from different angles: What does it mean for the internal mindset, what does it mean for TeamViewer's clientele? In addition to their own goals, TeamViewer's solutions can help users to achieve sustainability goals to avoid emissions. How does that work? Find out from a recent study and practical examples.

Daša Dragičević, Development Manager, SAP

Sustainability is one of the most important topics for SAP. SAP sees itself in two roles: on the one hand as a role model that places sustainability at the center of its strategy, and on the other hand as an enabler for customers who use SAP products to improve their sustainability performance.

Tim Buchholz , Speaker for Transformation & High Performance Leadership, Executive Coach

Sustainable management, new work, digitalization - companies currently have to manage all these major transformations at the same time - and in extremely volatile times. Tim Buchholz knows what this means for top managers and, in his entertaining interactive keynote, provides valuable insights into the essential factors that transform performance into genuine, dynamic corporate success.

The La Villa Orangerie awaits you with a three-course menu of selected local and regional specialities. Enjoy and network in the evening.
