At TeamViewer, we offer our customers annual subscriptions, which are paid for and renewed on an annual basis.

No, only an expert needs a license. The connection that they are supporting does not require one.

At TeamViewer we accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and PayPal. Bank transfers are also accepted in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months unless you terminate your contract by submitting a support ticket or notifying us in text form, at least 28 days before the end of the initial term or any renewal term.

Pricing for the add-on licenses is calculated based on the number of endpoints, users, or storage you require. Volume discounts are available. Simply provide these details to understand the final price or, alternatively, reach out to us for a quote.

A concurrent connection is multiple sessions happening at the same time, also known as channels.

Managed devices are devices assigned to the company account and centrally managed within the company profile by the administrator.

Licensed users are individuals who are assigned to a specific license and can use that license to make connections.

An endpoint is a device connected to TeamViewer.
