Korea/Seoul, November 2, 2023 – t’order, South Korea’s leading tablet ordering system provider for the hospitality industry, has integrated TeamViewer’s remote connectivity solution into its system to enable remote control and support for restaurant owners, an industry first. This integration will allow t’order to provide stable remote customer service support for the 120,000 devices currently deployed across South Korea and serves as a foundation for t’order’s global business expansion.
t’order has more than 230 million accumulated users in South Korea. By integrating TeamViewer’s technology into t’order’s proprietary CDP (Customer Data Platform), which is an OEM offering from TeamViewer, t’order will be able to digitalize remote customer support and thereby ensure fast and stable service to restaurant owners directly through its CDP. Under this partnership, t’order will hold exclusive status for TeamViewer’s OEM offering in tablet ordering platforms for 5 years in Korea.
With a customer center operating daily until 2 a.m., t’order will help restaurant owners swiftly address any technical issues with TeamViewer remote control technology fully integrated. The new remote maintenance and service capabilities will drastically increase the efficiency of t’order’s customer service, improve satisfaction rate and reduce the need for in-person visits.
The collaboration with TeamViewer will not only provide t’order with stable remote connectivity, but also strong, industry-proven security, and excellent IT management features, which ensure smooth business operation and continuity as t’order expands its services to overseas markets.
Sojung Lee, President of TeamViewer APAC, said, “TeamViewer is very pleased to partner with t’order, an innovative company spearheading the tablet ordering platform service market to enhance their customer services through our reliable, secure and scalable remote connectivity solution.” Lee added, “We believe this partnership is a great example of how we can help companies to improve efficiency and reduce cost by giving them remote control and access through a wide range of devices across various industries.”
