This functionality, designed for TeamViewer Tensor, provides data residency in the United States and helps our customers meet regulatory requirements, reduce legal exposure, and build trust with their clients.

No, TeamViewer Tensor with US Regional Restricted Access only allows for connections between users and devices in the US only. Any connection attempts made to users or devices outside of the US will be blocked.

Yes, at launch third party integrations will not work and neither will AI capabilities. Check with your account manager to understand what’s in scope.

At the moment, Regional Restricted Access only works on Microsoft Windows.
