额外信息
“其他信息”字段是代理在实时聊天中与客户聊天时可以填写的一组属性。
在“属性”菜单中，通过+添加标签，您可以创建所需的任意多个字段。
有不同的字段类型：

Text input | Plain, open text input |
Selection input | creates a drop-down menu with the defined Options (separate options with ',') |
True/False | creates a drop-down menu with values 'yes' and 'no' |
Rating | creates a 5-star rating scheme |
Textarea | creates a larger text area for text input |
