TeamViewer installs R&D hub in Portugal to drive AR and IoT innovation
Goppingen/Porto, May 12, 2021: TeamViewer, a leading global provider of remote connectivity and workplace digitalization solutions, today announced the establishment of a new Research & Development (R&D) hub in Porto, Portugal, to enhance its leading engineering force in strategically important fields like Augmented Reality (AR) and Internet of Things (IoT). Through recent acquisition of the Porto-based software development agency Hapibot Studio, TeamViewer already kick-started its on-site presence with a team of around 20 highly skilled software and design engineers.
