Task reporting allows the user to inspect the progress of and information about task runs. For more information, please see the Task List from the Frontline Command Center guideline.
As mentioned in the above-linked article, on opening any task info modal and clicking on the PDF at the top of the panel, a detailed report is downloaded. This report contains information such as the name and duration of the task run, as well as the work step list. Additionally, the report also contains a detailed view of each component. The detail view for each step and component includes general information such as a name, start and end times, and duration.
In the Task Details section, step name, duration, step count, media, and comments are displayed. By clicking on the arrow located at the left side of the step name, you can view detailed information about that step, such as added or edited comments.
If a task includes a quiz component, the report also shows an overview of the questions, including the selected and correct answers, as well as the total success percentage for all questions.
For the quiz components, different information is available depending on the quiz mode and the question type. In self‑study mode, users get feedback and can try the questions multiple times. The available information also changes based on whether the question is single‑answer or multiple‑choice. More details are listed below.
- For self-study questions with multiple attempts, the report also includes the number of attempts and the answers the user selected.
- For multiple‑choice questions, the report shows each question, all possible answers, the answers the user selected, and an indication of whether those answers were correct. It also lists the correct answers.
- For single‑answer questions, the report lists each question with its possible answers and highlights the answer the user selected, along with a right‑or‑wrong indication. Because these questions do not show the user the correct answer, the success percentage updates if the user goes back and changes their response. In this case, the report also notes that the user changed their answer.
