IBM MaaS360 統合 - インストールおよびユーザー・ガイド

この記事は、IBMを通じてTeamViewer エンドポイントを直接購入したすべてのMaaS360ユーザーに適用されます。
TeamViewerとMaaS360の統合の構成
注意: IBM MaaS360でTeamViewer統合をご利用いただくには、IBMの営業担当者にお問い合わせのうえ、TeamViewer統合をご購入ください。
TeamViewer統合を有効にするには:
- MaaS360ポータルにログインし、設定 ➜ サービス を開きます。
- モバイルデバイスおよびデスクトップ/ラップトップのリモートサポートのチェックボックスをオンにします。これで、以下の画像に示すようにTeamViewer統合が有効になります。
TeamViewer統合が未購入の場合、30日間のトライアルが自動的に開始されます。統合の有効化にTeamViewerアカウントは必要ありません。
TeamViewer MaaS360での接続先端末に人がいる状況でのアクセスサポート
TeamViewerを MaaS360 に統合すると、安全な TeamViewer 有人アクセスがサポートされ、管理者はエンドユーザーの承認に基づいてオンデマンドでデバイスを制御できます。この機能は、多くのプラットフォームでサポートされています。エンドポイント デバイスでは TeamViewer QuickSupport アプリまたは TeamViewer Host アプリを使用し、サポーター (管理者) マシンでは TeamViewerFull Clientを使用する必要があります。
Attended Access でサポートされているエンドポイント プラットフォーム: iOS、Android、Windows Phone 10、Windows デスクトップ 7+、および macOS デバイス。
サポーターは、Windows、macOS、iOS、Android など、有人接続と無人接続の両方で、あらゆるタイプのデバイスから接続できます。
TeamViewer Full Client またはQuickSupport アプリをダウンロードするには、https://www.teamviewer.com/ja/download/にアクセスしてください。

TeamViewer MaaS360の無人アクセスサポート
TeamViewerを MaaS360 に統合すると、安全な TeamViewer無人アクセスがサポートされ、管理者はエンドユーザーの介入を必要とせずにリモート デバイスへの永続的なアクセスを構成できます。
この機能には、サポーター (管理者) マシン上の TeamViewer Full Clientとエンドユーザー デバイス上の Android Host アプリが必要です。
無人アクセスでサポートされているエンドポイント プラットフォーム: Android および Windows 10
無人アクセスでサポートされているサポーター プラットフォーム: Windows デスクトップ 7 以降、macOS、Android、iOS

端末のアドオン
Android 5.0以降のデバイスにリモートで制御、ファイルを転送、または設定をプッシュするには、端末がサポートされていることをご確認くださいませ。場合によっては、この機能では、エンドユーザーのAndroid端末にTeamViewer アドオンアプリケーションをインストールする必要があります。 Samsung端末の場合、Knox APIが使用されており、アドオンのインストールは必要ありません。
アドオンはスタンドアロンアプリではないため、ホストアプリ（最小バージョン13.2）と一緒にインストールする必要があります。サポートされている端末では、このアドオンはホストアプリからGooglePlayストアから自動的に利用できるようになります。
アドオンのダウンロード
Playストアでアドオンを利用できない場合、お客様はAndroid端末からTeamViewerログファイルを添付してサポートチケットを送信し、サポート担当者へ.APKをリクエストする必要があります。ログファイルは歯車アイコンをタップして、ログファイルを選択することで取得できます。
