En este artículo, te mostraremos todas las configuraciones posibles de las diferentes aplicaciones de Android de TeamViewer con la ayuda de AppConfig y su solución de administración de dispositivos móviles (MDM).

Este artículo se aplica a tod@s l@s usuari@s de TeamViewer, con licencias Corporate y Tensor. La configuración requiere un MDM que admita AppConfig (https://www.appconfig.org/).

Introducción

AppConfig es un estándar tecnológico para proporcionar configuración de aplicaciones de Android e iOS. Permite la configuración de las aplicaciones a través del software MDM. En lo que respecta a Android, la parte configurable se limita a la empresa Android. Para obtener más información, consulte la página de la comunidad AppConfig: https://www.appconfig.org/android/

Algunos MDM muestran un formulario preconfigurado con las posibilidades de configuración para que sencillamente puedas completar los valores. Algunos no lo muestran y tienes que configurar manualmente la clave y su valor, por lo que también te proporcionaremos la clave para cada configuración.

Configuration ID

ConfigurationID

Configuration ID from the Management Console is used to automatically assign the device to a TeamViewer account after start of the Host app.

Configuration ID is also used to apply custom module parameters for the QuickSupport app.

Assignment ID is used to automatically assign the device as a Managed Device after start of the Host app. The TeamViewer account the device is assigned to is defined in the TeamViewer Management Console.

API Token needed to add a device to a group automatically. Group ID + Api Token is mandatory to add the device.
